Filter Monkey Shipping Policy

Shipping within the 48 contiguous States: Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS (our option). Shipping prices are applicable to the 48 contiguous states only.

Shipping Times: Unless otherwise noted on our web site, all orders are shipped (i.e. leave our facility) within 24 hours of order placement. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the next business day. Normal transit time via UPS Ground or USPS is 4 to 6 days within the contiguous United States.

Due to the volume of packages being shipped, UPS makes scheduled pick-ups at 9:00 am, 12:00 pm, 3:00 pm, and 5:00 pm. As a result, an order that you recently placed may already have been shipped and cannot be changed. Orders that have already been shipped are the responsibility of the Customer to return the merchandise for credit.

Shipping Changes: Filter Monkey is not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides, so if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name etc.) and your package is lost, Filter Monkey is not responsible.

If you enter your address incorrectly on the website, and need it re-routed by UPS to the correct address, you will be charged an additional $11.00 per carton fee to cover costs. If you contact Filter Monkey after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any modification to your shipment.

Returns: Filter Monkey does not refund shipping costs. If a product needs to be returned because of a manufacturing flaw, or the incorrect product was shipped, Filter Monkey will issue a pre-paid UPS Label. If a product needs to be returned because the customer ordered the incorrect part, or extra parts, the customer will need to cover the costs to return the merchandise.
